FACE – Foundation for African and Caribbean Engagement is a UK-based community organisation working to improve the health and wellbeing of African, Caribbean, and migrant communities within the UK and other

We provide integrated, culturally responsive, community support for people living with long-term and chronic health conditions, including HIV, diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, and mental health challenges.

FACE exists to reduce health inequalities, improve access to services, and empower individuals and communities through prevention, education, early intervention, advocacy, and compassionate support. We work in partnership with communities, the NHS, and the voluntary sector to ensure that no one is left behind because of their background, culture, or migration experience.
