OUR APPROACH

A Holistic, Community-Led Approach to Health & Wellbeing

FACE takes a holistic, community-led approach to improving health and wellbeing.
We recognise that health is shaped not only by medical care, but also by culture, social conditions, access to services, housing, employment, and lived experience.

Our work focuses on prevention, early support, advocacy, and long-term wellbeing, delivered in ways that are culturally safe, inclusive, and accessible.

OUR IMPACT

Who We Support & How We Help

FACE supports individuals, families, and communities who experience health inequalities, social exclusion, and barriers to accessing care.
Our work is rooted in dignity, cultural understanding, and practical action, responding to both immediate needs and long-term challenges affecting African, Caribbean, refugee, and migrant communities.

👶 Children & Young People

We support children and young people to achieve healthy development, education, wellbeing, and opportunity.
Our work helps young people from African, Caribbean, and migrant backgrounds overcome health, social, and economic barriers while building confidence, resilience, and future pathways.

👵 Older & Elderly People

We provide health, wellbeing, and social support for older people living with long-term conditions, disability, or isolation.
Our services promote independence, dignity, and quality of life while helping older adults manage chronic illness and stay connected to their communities.

♿ People with Disabilities

FACE delivers inclusive support for people living with disabilities and long-term health conditions.
We address health access, advocacy needs, and social participation, ensuring individuals receive fair treatment, appropriate services, and the support they need to live with dignity.

🌍 Communities & Organisations

We work with communities, charities, and voluntary organisations to strengthen services and collective impact.
Through partnership, shared learning, and community development, we help build resilient systems that respond to real needs at local and international levels.
